Front desk staff, happy and friendly and helpful.
Not many plans sanitizes in evidence.
Even through long wait kept informed by staff and felt sufficient time with doctor.

Initial diagnosis of the issue at A and E regarding the P E G was incorrect was told by the nurse that we should be able to insert the PEG ourselves which has clearly not been the case.
Was made out that we were lying and Gosh would teach all parents.
Which the next day learnt was not the case.
Clover ward.
First day we were not informed on what was happening.
Nurse's worked very hard.
Second day was a big improvement.

My whole experience was wonderful. I could not have asked for better care. From the receptionists and the porters and cleaners to the consultants and anesthetist and nurses, I felt very cared for. Full marks to this hospital fr the hard and very important work that they do and each and every role that takes part to keep the community alive and healthy.
